The class takes place in his real, very local neighbourhood cafe. A cafe that focuses on highlighting local experiences to visitors. It's a casual class, with as many questions as you want welcomed, yet the intention is to focus on specialty coffee. You will leave the class with a clear picture of how important it is to follow clearly outlined steps that will enable you to make the perfect espresso, whether it is on a commercial machine or a home espresso machine. The 11:30 a.m. class is during opening hours of the cafe, so be prepared to interact with regulars while taking the class! You might even end up making your espresso for a customer!!!
